The song “You Know That I Want To” first appeared as B-side of ‘Spinning the Wheel,’ the third single taken from the album Older and released on 26 August 1996. The release of ‘Spinning the Wheel” was particularly notable for including (and being promoted for) two brand-new studio recordings of previously unknown George Michael songs — namely “Safe” and “You Know That I Want To” — that were exclusive to the first CD.
